Our Community has 5 styles of high rise senior condos in Colorado. Their names are Alpha, Somerset, Seville, Atrium, and Omega. There are 12 Alpha, 12 Somerset, 6 Seville, 4 Atrium, and 1 Omega building for a total of 35. There are 2,110 condominiums in these 35 buildings. The Alpha building has 4-stories, the Omega 3-stories, and all others are 6-story buildings. Views are spectacular from the upper floors of these senior housing buildings.

Senior Housing - Highrise Units

All buildings have concrete construction. Each is pleasantly landscaped, has an attractive lobby and wide corridors. All have elevators, central hot water heating, central positive outside air ventilation and parking garages. All apartments have hot water heat and positive outside air exchange. Each residence has wall-mounted A/C's and 1 or 2 lanais. Some lanais are screened or glass-enclosed.

All buildings except the Alpha units have underground parking garages. The Alpha buildings have detached covered parking. All apartment buildings have central laundry facilities. In addition, laundry hook-ups are provided in all apartments except those located in Alpha buildings. All Atrium buildings have 2 elevators, whereas all other apartment buildings have 1 elevator.

The six Seville buildings maintain and own their own swimming pool and tennis court. Representatives from each Seville building are elected to a Seville Recreational Association governing board of directors. An annual fee is paid by each Seville owner to maintain these recreational facilities.

Apartments range in size from a 1-bedroom 1-bath unit with 780 square feet to an executive unit with 3-bedrooms, 3-baths and 2,364 square feet. The most common unit size is 1,200 square feet with 2-bedrooms and 2-baths. There are over 20 separate floor plans and a few examples are shown below. In 2007, these senior homes sold in the $57,800 to $288,000 range.
