This facility is to be used primarily by Heather Gardens residents. However, if there is a parking space that is not rented and no Heather Gardens resident wants to rent it, then a non-resident may rent the space. Proof of insurance and registration of vehicle must be provided on all vehicles stored in these facilities.
Located at the far eastern corner of the Heather Gardens community on Yale Avenue.

Rental Payment:
Rent must be paid on a quarterly, semiannually, or annual basis based on a calendar quarter. A six percent discount will be provided to renters paying on an annual basis. Checks payable to:
