  Committees Area Representative Organization (ARO)

The Area Representatives Organiation (ARO) provides a link between the residents and management and the HGA and HGMD Boards of Directors. Area Representatives (AR) and Alternate Area Representatives (AAR) are elected from each multi-story building, North and South Town Homes and each group of Country Places. Individual areas elect their representatives to serve a full calendar year. They may be reelected.
ARO meetings are scheduled quarterly (January, April, July and October), at 7:00 PM in the Community Center Auditorium, but may be called when there is a need to report or communicate to all areas.
